Every session is designed to feel relaxed, supported, and completely centred around you. You’ll be gently guided throughout, with no pressure to know what to do – just space to feel comfortable, confident, and present in the moment.
All sessions take place in my private studio in Haverhill, Suffolk, set within a beautifully restored Grade II listed building.
